One of my favorite restaurants in the Hamptons, Bistro Ete… amazing food, and a little out of the ordinary. It’s getting more popular, but still one of the hidden foodie gems on the East End. When its quiet, often chef Arie will make you a custom cocktail (asking you what kind of things you like) at the bar using ingredients pulled from his garden.
